Fake Clinics, a local example

When you search “abortion” in Google maps in the Charlotte area, you will probably see this clinic come up. Look at the owner’s description (screenshot taken 12-22-2021)

Doesn't this wording make it look like a clinic that provides abortions?

Well, taking a look at their website you will see this:

They don't say it, but many similarly set up and run “Crisis Pregnancy Centers,” spread falsified data about “breast cancer risk” and infertility after abortion. Many spread information on the widely discredited and dangerous “abortion reversal pill” process.

Another screenshot from the PRC website shows very modern and affirming language.

All of this is deceit. It's like a candy coating the outside of a dog turd. The staff at this clinic are trained to do everything they can to talk pregnant people out of abortions. They also receive federal money through state grants. In 2019 (most recent data available) the state gave 2.4 million dollars to clinics like these so that they can offer “free” services. In 2018 it was 1.5 million dollars.

Imagine how many potholes coud be fixed for that money? Or how many government staffers could be hired to relieve backlogs in the system? Why is our state funding religious clinics in the first place?

But is it free if you have to listen to a sermon first?

I'll let these reviews speak for themselves.
